My Story

I am Marina Spevak,  a Holistic Health Coach and a Mom of 2 very active boys. I am passionate about helping women feel strong, feeling in balance, and prioritising  health in their busy lives. 

 

I  thought I had it all. A successful career in Finance for almost a decade, I was a triathlete who completed an Ironman 70.3 and I was consumed by a busy life and felt invincible. An unstoppable powerhouse.  

 

A few years ago, I was exactly where many of you are today: constantly running around, juggling a demanding job, and pushing my body with intense workouts. On the outside, I looked strong. But inside, I was burning out. 

 

Without realising it, I hit Burnout, I pushed myself to the point of developing a debilitating condition that caused severe balance issues and took nearly a year to recover from.  Only then did I discover the true meaning of healing not through extremes, but through a sustainable lifestyle rooted in balanced nutrition, mindful movement, deep rest, and emotional resilience. 

 

Today, I help women listen to their bodies, prevent burnout, and build sustainable health habits and resilience to stress. Together, we rebuild energy, clarity, and confidence through personalised nutrition, movement, sleep, and mindset practices so that you will rebalance life on your own terms.

My Approach

I’m a certified Health Coach from the College of Naturopathic Medicine with training in nutrition, fitness, stress management, and holistic health.

I focus on the whole person mind, body, and lifestyle to uncover the root causes of health challenges rather than just addressing symptoms. My role is to guide and support you in reconnecting with your body’s signals, understanding them as messages, and using that insight to make sustainable, empowering changes.

​

Through our work together, you’ll gain clarity around your health, learn how to nourish yourself effectively, build consistent habits around movement and self-care, and develop tools to manage stress and emotional wellbeing.

​

I specialise in working with women in transition, whether navigating motherhood, mid-career shifts, or rediscovering themselves after years of putting others first.

 

I combine coaching with practical strategies, and accountability to help you move from fatigue and imbalance  to feeling energised, strong, and in control.

​

The transformation my clients experience goes beyond physical health. They often report feeling more confident, calm, and connected to themselves. By the end of our work, they not only feel better in their bodies but also live with more purpose, balance, and joy especially during pivotal life stages like their 30s, 40s, and beyond.

​Your health doesn’t need a quick fix or a miracle supplement. It needs real food, simple habits, and someone who actually listens.
